I'm having a terrible time with Hydra - around 40M on Hard level, only around 20M on Brutal, using my best team, which so far, appears to be Duchess, MaShalled, Gnut, Ninja, Mithrala, and Uugo. My team 2 is much worse.
Do I have enough to form a new team 1 and team 2 for better scores? I believe I have most of the non-void epics if that helps.

Well you definitely want to get that Wallmaster built. Hes tailor-made for Hydra.

Another to level for Hydra would be Visix. She is a top tier Hydra Provoker, and gets even better when geared in 4pcs Merciless & 4 pcs Cursed.
Do you run on auto or on manual?
Nia allows you to reset a single toon while offering ally protection, strengthen & healing. If you run on Manual, she could take Ninja's spot and reset Gnut repeatedly....allowing you to ramp up your damage and use Ninja in a different team.
For burners, you have two Geomancers. You may find him useful in your second and third team. You could also use Dreng & Drex, but neither of them are L60.

At lower levels of Hydra, HP Burn is very effective, and in the absence of more toons that place block buffs, HP Burn allows you to work around poison cloud.
