Hello folks, 

also considering I am around misison 25 of the arbiter missions and therefore I have to wisely choose who to level up to 60 (I have to ascend at  6 stars a champ for each affinity), but NOT just for that scope, but also considering potential upgrades in arena and CBs: who should I definitely have to lvl up?
