Okay, so every time I go up against Tormin in the Arena, he reezes me before I can get a hit off. Does Accuracy have any affect on this? Or is it strictly the 30% chance? Because it doesn't seem to be working for me.
Yeah needs accuracy. You can resist it if you have more resistance than the tormin's acc.
Your options: Immunity Gear, Untouchable Gear, Stoneskin Gear, Block Debuff Toons, High Resistance

He needs Accuracy.
He is awesome in stun set.
He comes alive when paired with a good burner.
He can do respectable damage if built that way.

he works well with udk, sunwukong teams . making him tanky with loads of acc isnt bad
Also, don't open with a tm boost against Tormin unless you have a block debuffs up
