this time around now that I understand the format better and only need focus on movement (not shooting) I can enjoy the mini game more = and I do
That being said having way more fun this year and will get ALL rewards associated with it....Christmas update gonna be this gameplay?
Most of my cluster doesn't like it, but I do. I think it's fun.
I died with todays stage....was no Big bosses appear but just a ton of creatures = really had to use the whole map. went 1 win out of 3 tries. will try again later to get all my wins in
Just keep circling. my preference is arrow rain, arrow shot, lightning in that order

Starting to think it is better to get more skills first versus levelling arrow rain first.
Last year, I had to do all levels in one night because I wasn't sold on it (at least until I paid attention to the rewards.) This year, getting my battles in while waiting for new day start in the evening. I personally like Arrow Shot, Explosive Shot as top 2. Now that so many are chasing me around, I may have to do Arrow Rain.
With 7 levels this year, that Primal is not gonna be a gimme.

I go rain + ice + explosive most of the time. CC'ing with ice + piling damage/explosions is great.

Yeah. I've been mixing in the Ice Arrow as well.
so for me the newest stage is stage 5 (I think thats what it was) . What I learned was STAY CALM! there is no need to run if the spiders closing in on you cannot shoot at you = let the arrows do the work....only move when you have to
If you just open and run none stop you risk activating (awakening) more spiders. take your time /stay calm and move strategically and yes heard them. even standing in place for 1 second after a special ability lands
thats what worked for me and I did not die that stage.. Maybe this old fart learning something

Can't even enjoy it. Mobile problems.
