Hello everyone,

I would like to ask if anyone else has recently experienced an issue with Clan Boss rewards. Yesterday I completed three Clan Boss battles, but today I received a reward chest only for Ultra-Nightmare. Support informed me that, according to their logs, I did not complete the other two bosses — which should not be possible, as I collect chests right after completion, I using 2 keys to make ultra nightmare and nightmare, then after 5 hours when I have new key  I completing brutal clan boss, and this is every day! 

If anyone has had a similar problem, please reply here. I’m trying to gather information to show that this issue may affect more players, and that it deserves attention. I believe players should be treated fairly, and I hope this can be resolved.
