I shall forward this but I have my doubts on things changing given the lack of mercy (or very limited mercy) in most areas of the game.

Samsies but a mercy system would certainly be appreciated.  But then so would an ascension mercy system but we'll never get that. 

agree with the frustration part of the game, sucks when you're always pulling less than the % says. It's probably made up numbers

I don't see us getting a mercy system for Mythical Relics, but it would be nice to have a pull rate of higher than 20% when using all Mythical Materials.....a chnage to that would be more likely than a mercy system, but also unlikely.    

I still have not pulled a single Mythical Relic.

We do love spending 50k energy on one rework yes.

20% is comically low, especially with how few pulls most people are going to get.
