No known changes - fwiw. Plus if there were you'd likely have heard it from a CC already. 

Pretty sure they don't tell the truth on all rates, even the events with boosted rates don't actually seem boosted.

I would say that there has been a sharp decrease in my drops lately. Before the last update, I was getting about 10-15 a week. Last week, I got 0. I thought it was just me since I have horrible luck. This week I have 6. I still have tomorrow (Void Sunday) where I typically run 12 matches. But last week after getting 4000 mortal soul coins, I kinda doubt it.

I run 6 every day and 12 on Sundays.  The drops seem unchanged to me.

sample size and low drop rates which have been the most popular complaint pretty much since iron twins came out (that and the fact it costs energy)

Well maybe is my unlucky month, I'm killing constantly twins stage 15 for an year,and this month i barely got few per week,even im spending a diamond's.
