We have new owners?  Who are they?

That would  be Modern Times  Group  MTG   a Swedish company  whom supposedly purchased and  now owners  of  Raid Shadow Legends  for a  cool  620 million

Which in my opinion was a steal  and they will make back easily since  Raid  has already  bypassed the Billion dollar revenue club when it comes to gaming - I might add a very elite club =  and  thats why this game  is KING  of its genre

Great leadership and incredible game development and  interaction with its  community   and actually very connected to the    how to satisfiy its community  agenda  as a  World  leading   MMO

I know  this comments  will bring the H8ers  out  of  the closet   lol

So I won the Event Dungeon Tourney (my grouping)  which goes towards the  badges  of winning tourneys

I was mostly about getting  resources for relic crafting

But onto the next challenge which is Champion training   which has  better rewards  and  certainly more  interested opponents =  I am putting game face  on now  and going  to press them to compete against me (which they are)

I am in 3rd-4th  right now  in my grouping as  we approach 20K  tourney pts and  a  few  days left but going to flex  (and drink)  some today.  So bet my grouping will get interesting

I would love  to get those legendary relic crafting resources ;)

well  drinking at home  doing chores  flexing on Raid - sounds  like a  normal Saturday to me  :D

I am first in my grouping  now  but too close to relax for any win scenario  so pushing still as  I write this (multi battles  running on task bar of my gaming PC)

But hey .... a  couple minutes ago I said to myself  check the Global Leaderboards.   =   94th  I am   :D  Then I set another  200 multi battles to level up champions  in  Campaign  

Going to be a  interesting next couple days   :D

Dang in the span of a  few hrs doing chores around the house and drinking and auto battling Raid  I strengthened my lead  in my personal grouping and  moved  into  22nd   Global Leaderboards    o.0

I see you are up to 11th on Global.  You be a crazy man!

Ima go to 12,550 and then see what others in my group are doing....

My goal is to get the demon points while the rest of you speed past me.    :)

well looks like my grouping is the real deal as before I went to bed  last night (never checked  this morning yet) I got pushed into second spot  of my grouping and both of us were in top 20 global

Now the  question is how bad do I want those lego relic resources and mythical tome ?  Maybe not two more days of fighting bad

EDIT to say just checked and  the player  I am up against is  currently ranked 4th in the World for this tourney  (Linux  is  in his  name) 

I am pushing a  bit but not sure I can catch him (assuming its a  HE) .  I mean  I am upgrading my account  by doing this  = upgrading champions  I will never  likely use   LOL  .  But I do have 100s  of  epics  in reserve vault at lvl 1

He  is 5th and I am 8th in the world  as I write this  = am I pushing - yes a  bit = can I do more absolutely

will I do more  ? Considering I am on my 8th beer since I  awakened this morning - likely a  YES

But my wife first needs to take me to the local grocery store so we can get our weekly groceries = upon my return  it will be more beer+more Epic background  music  on Youtube+more me  rising to the challenge to see  just how far I can push this Saudi Oil Prince  (no idea   this  is  such  = just me being drunken me making comments)

So closing 12 hrs and  yes I pushed  and  20K in front  of my Linux  dude in my grouping  also   in top 10 of Global  :/

I do not know what else to say than  I decided to push and I am where I am  = is it worth it ?  who knows  = did I buy stuff  in the shop  - YES

So at end  of the day  I say to you all - just Play Raid  YOUR way and most important = have FUN  :)

Well, he does have 7 comments over 6 months.  Most of the Bots seem to be one and done.

...but overly optimisitc is my general M. O.   

We've definitely seen legit accounts or ones that did look legit from an account creation standpoint end up posting phishing links, etc. later on so my best guess is some folks without 2FA (which really, everyone should have these days) got bonked at some point. Happens on Discord quite a bit, actually.
