The short answer is no, because you can't do any endgame content, including Chimera, without a full team of level 60s, fully ascended and booked, and fully equipped with level 16 items.

From looking at your roster, Chimera is definitely not where you should be focused. 

You should be building out a team for Demon Lord to progress to 1-key NM and then to UNM, and you should be focused on climbing Dungeons to at least L20 so you can get the gear needed to advance.

IMO, your next L60 toons should be Tayrel, Duchess & probably Miscreated Monster (for easy spider progression).

If you have good enough gear, you should be able to get a good start on Demon Lord with Duchees, Tayrel, Kael, Fahrakin, and any other Damage Dealer.  

If you struggle with getting enough Damage (especially as you try to progress to UNM), Occult Brawler & Frozen Banshee are both better poisoners than Kael. 

You may need a cleanser (instead of the secondary damage dealer), but I do not see a good one in there.
