Selecting Ally Targets in Team Presets

When a champion has a powerful single-target ally skill like Noelle, Fyna, Lamasu & Nia, we NEED the ability to select the primary target in the Team Presets.

@Mods: Is this something that has ever been passed on? If yes, any indication if it is being considered?
