Since there was no response (yet) from support, i guess i need to do a new account so my question right now is:
I know that Alice will be gone if not claimed before April 10th, if I make an account now the Phase 1 ends at April 5th, so with 5 days days left to 10th will the split souls from 3 to 5 stars remain Alice soul or will it change to shaman after april 10th?
Any clarification?
I'm a new player (just got Alice myself), but from my own understanding, if you get through Alice phase 1, we have 3 weeks to acquire all the extra goodies for her. As long as Phase 1 is completed by April 10th.
Alice is awesome, at least in early game (no idea about experienced players) even with only several hours of building her up. So...for what the advice from another newb is worth, Alice is worth getting. Even if you only put in the 7 days.

That sounds great but i guess it's even better if you have the phase 2 rewards for her too, hopefully someone can confirm this?
