Send a screenshot of the champ in question. Make sure it is Atk % gear and not just flat attack.

It's still doesn't work, I don't know if it had accepted some other character or something, I have no Idea, I have around 3 others characters with attacks sets. But this one sets were made specifically for the mission

none of those pieces meet the mission requirements. the set the pieces are from doesn't matter; the main stat does. you need gear with atk% as the primary stat, as pictured below.
