I need a good clan boss team and I just don't know which to choose. Currently I am using, kael, apothecary, ninja, tyrell and warmaiden and I can finish brutal by doing it 4 times.

You're far too early to be worrying about cb. You need level 60s, fully ascended and with full masteries. Then you need gear. Focus on dragon.
