We´ve always had the option to use higher rarity books on lower rarity champs, so my money would be on true, not all my money but some

I need lego books and can easily grab the 2 myth books on summon rush.  But, if they wont work on Legendary then they are a waste to me.  At least for now.  

It'd be a waste if they do work on a legendary. I'm sure they do, but under no circumstances should anyone use them for that unless they are like a Saudi prince with more money than common sense and an unhealthy addiction to giving Plarium more money than they deserve.

Definitely do not use Mythical books on Legendaries. They'll work on Legendaries, but you don't want to do that. :)

Mythical books only work on Mythical champions, not Legendaries. I had to double-check it myself too!

2) Higher level books used on lower level Champs should be X2 or X3.  If you use an Epic book on a rare champ, it should be worth two books.  If you use a Leggo book on a Rare, it should be worth 3 or 4.  So if you use a Mythical book on a Leggo, it should be worth two books.  That's something to take to the devs?

Should absolutely be disabled.  I accidentally used Lego Books on an Epic right after they updated the tavern interface.  It was over a CVC, and it took me days and days of arguing with support to get them to exchange the Lego Books for Epic Books "because I earned CVC points for the Lego Books"....which was the dumbest possible argument ever since it was a CVC that we lost by a couple of million points.

I was sitting on 300+ epic books at the time, so if I wanted to burn books for points, I had plenty to burn.
