I don't think you'd be able to do it unless you pull a couple of Riscarms from shards, or at least get one of the fusion epics - the events only provide just enough Riscarms for the fusion, no spares.

There are no extra champs in the following tournaments anymore. If you missed two Riscarms, you can't complete the fusion anymore.

There was an extra Endalia in the summon rush, but as this is the event you allready missed. 🙁

You can still fuse Endalia and another epic of your choice.  See if they would have value to you.  

you stil ca pull some of the epics or a couple of the rare from shards...but that will cost you heavily.

I got not rare or epic from about 200 ancient shards...but I got the rare once from one of 4000 mystic shards...
