Has anyone got some advice on how to use the mysteries for Rhonda?

offense and defense trees for sure. i'd recommend helmsmasher for her t6 mastery but if you're intending to use her primarily for pve content giant slayer might be the better choice.

Masteries are less about the champion and more about where you use them.
