I've already reported this last month and suggested that they should add such filter. The reply I got was really upsetting. Pretty much a copy paste reply that implies that the worker hasn't even read my ticket.
Here are my settings.. the filters work great for presidios, my own haven and the ones I have reinforcements in but it doesn't work for Bastion reports.

What a joke, this King Rat is the guy that complained about Rual, Euru, and Hell Cats. Spammed us all with some crazy conspiracy theory about Shiv working for Plarium. Then he openly decides to spam another Brotherhood with some crazy scheme, and drags his Brotherhood into it, are all his Brotherhood the same player? One wonders.

Yet, here they are pleading with Plarium and others about it. Really?
The Pirate Horde could care less about attacks by players of any level. If you leave your troops out, they could be attacked.
However, to aggressively abuse a spam that you have found because you are unable to compete with an Elite PVP Horde, then you are breaking the Terms of Service, which include FLOODING PLARIUM's SERVER.

You are a coiner, a spammer, a chat spammer It wouldn’t surprise me if you were a cheap cheat as well.

I strongly believe Pirates Bay should be for people that spend money on the game.
The advantages would be to clear space, the only down side is as you are a coiner it would not remove yourself.
