I don't think you'll get an official confirmation, and Plarium probably doesn't have a set schedule far in the future, but they've been steadily rising the max. Prizes level, and I see no reasons for them to stop.

Also, you seem to be asking about s1 on Facebook. On the portal, s1 is already (a bit) above 520, so - again - there are no reasons for it to not go up further.

Servers are, in order, "The Pirate Bay" (I usually refer to it as "s1", for "server 1"), "The Golden Coast" (s2), and "The Sirens' Strait" (s3). You have all three on Facebook and, separately, three with the same names (but are really separate maps and accounts) on the portal. All in all six servers (maps).
