Once you pick your flag your stuck with it unless you fulfill the requirements for the custom flag.

Yes, the only way to change the flag is to either get a custom one, or to disband the BH and make a new one. 
I would like to use this opportunity to ask Plarium to change this. It should be possible to replace the flag under the same conditions as the BH name.

0. It's polite to say "please".
1. How is this a bug (it is posted in the "Bug reports" subforum)?
2. Unless I'm mistaken, your UID above is wrong (I think that the last "1" is a surplus).
3. If the previous is correct, your BH doesn't fulfil the following 4 (out of 8) requirements for a custom flag: Masters of The Seven Seas Level 7, Sea Wolves Level 8, Dread Pirates Level 3, Merciless Souls Level 5.
