I've been playing Nords: Heroes of the North for a while, and it got me thinking about how every player seems to have one moment that completely changes their progress.

For me, the biggest improvement came when I stopped trying to upgrade everything at once and started focusing on resource production and troop development first. After joining a more active Clan, I also realized how much easier events and battles became with good teamwork and advice from experienced players.

I'm curious about everyone else's experience.

What was the biggest turning point for your Stronghold?

Was it unlocking a certain unit, upgrading a specific building, signing the right Blood Pact, or joining a better Clan?

If you could give one piece of advice to a newer player, what would it be?
