If Plarium Play starts you from the beginning it usually means you logged in with a different account than your original browser or Facebook profile. Make sure you sign in using the exact same login method your progress was linked to and try reconnecting through account settings if available. If your progress still does not appear, contact Plarium support with your old player ID or username so they can verify and restore the correct account.
