I started tracking the bigger merges the same way I mark feature branches at work. Each time a long timer finishes I log it like a commit message so I can see how many chains I actually finish in a week. Feels less random than just tapping until the energy bar runs out. The shorter ones I batch during the same time I'd normally make a quick lunch so the flow stays the same. Only problem is some merges still feel like they drag and I end up checking the log mid-run like I'm waiting for a build. Curious if anyone else keeps a mental or written count of finished merges or if that just overcomplicates a chill game.
