How do I reach customer service?

I bought 450 gems tonight and never got them. I blew the app out of memory and reinstalled it but still nothing. TIA

Try restarting the app and checking the in-game store again, as purchases sometimes take a few minutes to appear. If the gems still don’t show, contact the game’s support through the app’s Help or Support section and include your purchase receipt so they can restore the purchase.
