A Quick Update on Game Features

Hello! 🌿

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and we’d love to share an update on several features you’ve been asking about. Here’s what we’re working on and where things stand today:

🐦 Wildlife Control
Sometimes your little helpers can wander in less-than-helpful ways. We don’t want to overcomplicate things with too many settings, but we’re exploring ways to make them easier to manage and stay out of your way when needed.

🦆 Naming Wildlife
We know how much you’d love to keep your little helpers’ names as they move through stages - we would too! However, our focus is currently leaning more towards the Wildlife behaviour features. Hopefully we'll be able to revisit this topic at some point.

🎁 Friends Gifts
We agree that 5 Gifts can feel a bit limiting. We’re looking into potentially increasing this number a bit to better match how you use the feature, plus we plan to improve sending/receiving gifts next year.

📸 Garden View Feature/ Screenshot mode
Great news - this feature is in very early stages of development! We'd love for you to be able to capture beautiful photos of your garden, without any wandering Wildlife, and share them with ease. Unfortunately we don't have a date for this feature yet, but keep your eyes peeled for more news at some point next year.

🌱 Less Floating Seeds
Each garden grows in so many different way that adjusting seed frequency fairly is a challenge. And, well… real seeds are pretty floaty too. 😊
For now, things will stay as they are, but we’ll keep listening and observing.

🧲 Magnet Button
We know garden clean-up can become busy, and we’re exploring options for a tool to help simplify the process. We’re currently testing multiple approaches to ensure the tool feels intuitive and enhances the overall experience. Once ready, you might find early versions first in your Event Gardens. Stay tuned!

🔄 Reset Game Option
We understand why some of you may want a reset option in the game, but accidental wipes are a significant risk. To protect your progress, we won’t be adding an in-game reset button. If you’d like a fresh start, our support team can safely reset your account for you.

Can someone tell me how to sell my items on Merge Gardens. It is telling me I'm out of room and to sell my items.

Can someone tell me how to sell my items on Merge Gardens. It is telling me I'm out of room and to sell my items. 

To sell an item in your Home Garden, select the item you’d like to sell and tap the Sell button.

You’ll always be asked to confirm your action- either by tapping Sell a second time or, for more valuable items, by confirming the sale in a separate pop-up.

For the last 3 days, I have been trying to upload the game I was playing for months. The game charges up to 25%, and it stops. I have tried all options, including disconnecting the internet, restarting the computer, deleting the app, and uploading it again, but the problem persists. 

Any other suggestions? Anybody else had this problem?

Hi! Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing.

If the game is stopping at 25%, please try the following if you haven’t already:

• Make sure your device OS and the game are fully updated
• Check that you have enough free storage space
• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data (if available)
• Disable any VPN or ad-blocking apps temporarily

If the issue continues, please contact our Support team at [email protected] and include your device model and OS version so they can investigate further.
