On a scale of 1 - 10, how painful is it to realize that anything you invest resources in can and will be made useless at any random point in time and you're most stable option is to not play this game?

10. I love this game, but the horrible way they handled the Legendary Storm Rack Reload implant nerf shows that someone at the company with power just doesn't care about player experience.

I guess that falls under "Content Rebalances," which from the video your own devs admit they don't really care about making player investments worthless.
