📢 Dear players,
Thank you for participating in the Trial Mode test and sharing all your valuable feedback! It’s essential to help us understand what is working and what is not really hitting the mark in terms of your game experience.
We reviewed the test results as well as your feedback and have unfortunately decided to discontinue the Trial Mode feature. Starting Monday, August 3, the feature will no longer be available to players who currently have access.
The goal of Trial Mode was to give players the opportunity to try Mechs and Weapons before deciding whether to acquire them. However, the results showed that the feature wasn't delivering the experience we had envisioned. It didn't accurately reflect how content performs in real battles or provide the level of gameplay quality you expect.
Throughout the test, many of you highlighted issues such as overly powerful bots, fixed equipment loadouts, and limited opportunities to experiment. We made several adjustments to improve the experience, but ultimately they weren't enough to address the core issues you identified.
To ensure we can continue delivering meaningful updates, we are shifting our development resources away from Trial Mode and toward other priorities. Right now, we're focused on developing new Mechs and Weapons, improving matchmaking, refining existing game modes, delivering upcoming balance updates, and working on future content and features.
The Trial Mode feature will remain available to a limited group of new players while we continue gathering data. After that, we'll evaluate its future based on the results, our development priorities, and the direction we want the game to take.
Thank you again to everyone who participated in the test and shared their thoughts with us. Your input played a major role in this decision and continues to help shape the future of the game!
Please keep sharing your thoughts in the comments. We'll continue collecting your feedback, sharing with the developers, and tweaking the game to make it better.
Dear Mech Arena Team,
First of all, thank you for creating such an amazing game. I've been playing Mech Arena for a long time, and I really enjoy it.
I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the game even better for loyal players:
Please add promo codes for old players at least once every month. New players often receive rewards, but long-time players would also appreciate monthly promo codes as a thank-you for their continued support. Even small rewards would mean a lot.
2.
Please add a Blueprint Exchange system. Many veteran players have thousands of unused blueprints that have no purpose. It would be great if we could exchange them for resources:
Common, Uncommon, and Rare Blueprints → Credits
Epic and Legendary Blueprints → A-Coins
This would make extra blueprints useful and reward players for their time and effort.
3.
Please increase the daily Tournament attempts from 8 to 10. Two extra chances each day would make tournaments more enjoyable and help players who miss a few matches because of school, work, or other responsibilities.
Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions. I hope you'll consider these ideas in a future update. I truly enjoy Mech Arena and would love to see it become even better for all players.

I never saw the trial thing, I saw my dad had it but I didn't
Thanks for commenting! The Content Trial was only available to a limited group of players as part of a test, so not everyone had access to it. We appreciate your interest and hope you'll enjoy the upcoming features we have in store! 😊

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for supporting Mech Arena! 💙
The promo codes for veteran players have been a popular request, and we'll be sure to pass your suggestion along to the team.
A Blueprint Exchange system is another idea we've seen requested by the community. While there are no plans for a feature like this at the moment, we've shared the feedback with the team as well.
We also understand why having a couple of extra Tournament attempts would be a valuable addition for many players.
Looking forward to new updates, gonna enjoy promo codes for old players if they come regularly, and please let the trial modes as it is, those who don't like it may not use, but it is really helpful to see at first how a mech/weapon works in fpv before buying
Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the Content Trial useful for testing equipment before making a decision. We understand why many players appreciated that experience, and we've passed this feedback on to the team. As for promo codes for veteran players, it's a suggestion we've seen from others too, and we'll make sure it's shared as well. 😊
This is the wonderful game I am playing it from the when I was 5 years old but the trial mode have multiple maps it have only one map so change it please
Thanks for your support and for being part of Mech Arena for so long! We appreciate your suggestion about the Trial mode. We'll pass your feedback along to the team.
good day to you honorables ans my fellow mech are na player
1. firstly on the lucky spin i have not been able to win blockhorn and deathwalker i understand its all about luck but it will be appreciated if players who dont top up are able to get the mech even after the latest update
2. i feel you should add some buff to slingshot like area damage and invulnerability when skill is activated unless under the skill of system shutdown
3. i feel players like myself are able to win level 16 legendary guns through season reaward
4 mech guardian should be given a movement buff
thanks
your seasoned player damiboat (dami best of all talent)
Please if u can pleaseeee fix the issue with getting shot behind a wall. Alot of times when I rush to take cover i am still dying from weap9ns that have no AOE. That is a huge issue and im surprised it's not brought up alot more. I have spoke with others and tge same thing happens to them. Its hard to have real competitive matches when u die behind a wall fr9m a berserker lol. I love the game to be honest I have alot of time invested. Match making I dont think is that big of a issue. But if ur a player with lower tier weapons or just not as powerful u are going to need that safe zone of being in cover behind a wall.
Dear team,
Last day I buy silverthron, but his abilities are compared with others is bad. This is not powerful mech. But mech arena says that it is last tire mech. It's so sad. So my point of view developers please think after plan. Give some more power and heroite face to give last tire mech
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for supporting Mech Arena! 💙

I just want to say that I don't think the game is as fun as it used to be. I feel you are moving towards a much newer audience and tailoring the game to a new generation, rather than appreciating the older players and the time they have dedicated to the game.
You have said that promo codes for veteran players have been a popular request. If that is true, why have there been no updates? The same goes for the blueprint exchange system—why is there no news on this? These are features that have been repeatedly requested by veteran players. New players do not care about this; it does not even apply to them.
It feels like these issues are not being treated as urgent. Instead, they are being left to sit on your desks and rot away like a missing case file that you do not want to reopen. It seems easier to just tailor the game to new audiences to bring new people in, whilst completely forgetting the players who supported your game from day one.
I am not claiming to be a true veteran myself, but I think the current situation is incredibly unfair to them. Whatever you pass on to your team, please tell them this: they need to start caring for the older players. Stop beating around the bush and give them an update. If these are popular requests, I am really surprised that no plans are in motion.
Whenever a small minority of new players complain about a mech or a weapon being overused, you are on it immediately to make the game better for them. Yet, for veteran players, the game has become less and less fun due to the lack of support from the Mech Arena team.
I am just a fellow player, and I don't know if this message will reach the higher-ups, but I hope it does. There needs to be a change, and someone needs to start making it. I hope this message can be the start of changing someone's mind.
