Hi everyone! 

I don't understand this: I submitted a report regarding a violation of the game rules—specifically, that a player's nickname was insulting to the dignity of Russian citizens. The offending player's nickname was changed the first time, but then they reverted to the old one. I submitted a second report, yet the PLARIUM team didn't react at all and simply closed the ticket! How am I supposed to interpret this? Instead of issuing a warning to the player, they just closed the report! Where is the sportsmanship, equality, and mutual respect? It feels like the development team couldn't care less about what happens on the battlefield and is only interested in how much money a player spends on character progression. I wonder how people on Facebook and X would react to this? I don't think many would be pleased with this turn of events.
