Does anyone know a good way to handle regional lag or access US-exclusive events

Does anyone know a good way to handle regional lag or access US-exclusive events and store offers in Mech Arena without getting flagged? I’m trying to find a stable way to route my connection so it looks like I'm playing from a standard home network in the states to see if it helps with the matchmaking pool.
