Hey everyone! I have been unable to play Mech Arena on iPad for almost 2 weeks now due to a loading issue that causes the game to crash immediately after opening. It will load the black Plarium screen and then just crash. I have tried everything from uninstalling the game to hard restarting my device, backing up my device to the Cloud, and anything else I can think of. Nothing works. I reached out to Plarium support and they said they sent my issue to the developers and to expect a response within 48 hours. It has been about a week and a half. My game worked on this exact iPad for over a year with no issues, then recently started randomly crashing, but would let me back in right away. Now it is totally broken. Anyone know what to do? Thanks!
