They're trying to push it as a bug, even though they shared videos on discord of content creators using burrow beams and stormracks when the ability was active
I was lucky to get my voidghost for free from the free token and I use geminis on my voidghost so this nerf doesn't affect me, but I feel sorry for people who spent real money for the fact burrow beams and stormracks still fired when ability was active, thats clearly false advertising and if it is really a bug then everyone who spent money should be refunded 👍

Youtubers tested the mech before it was released. They said it was OP. Plarium released the mech as is. "Bug" my ass.

Yeah thats basically what I said at the start of the message, an mech arena even shared the YouTube videos of it on discord before it was released so they knew about it firing while in its ability
The recent items that has been released and then a "fix" after the first pricing phase elapsed feels almost like a bait and switch. It is unfortunate. Issues and negative community views could have have been avoided if:
Most of the negative opinions on discord and youtube appear to be colored by two things - the fact that many people paid for this mech, and Ruffles' recent video :-).
However I feel that, apart from how it was executed (see PS), this is overall a good thing. Everyone knew from creators' reviews that the mech needed a nerf even before it was released. The big difference is that, instead of coming after a year as has been the norm, it came after just one month.
But think about this - What's the number one problem that users have when it comes to post-release nerfs? It's that Plarium lets the OP gear stew and earn it money and when it stops earning them money they nerf it. The fact that they did it so quickly is actually good.. it's a step in the right direction. Hopefully it means they are learning to react faster and might eventually be able to do so before the public release. I'd rather see it head in this direction than go back to the old way of waiting for a year.
P.S. - How it was executed includes a) not considering initial feedback before release, b) calling it a "bug fix", and c) not actually announcing the bug fix even though it has a serious impact. These are things that Plarium should improve, but not at the cost of fixing fast (which is what they appear to be on the road to doing). The list by @Kesplarium is a good one for addressing some of these issues.

Totally agree. If Plarium takes the community's feedback more seriously over pushing a timeline agenda along with allowing for a longer test period with a bigger tester pool, there would be much less "fixes."

I look at it a different way. Them fixing the mech quicker isn't necessarily good hell it isn't even necessarily better than before. If the only difference is time frame, they're still doing what they were doing before.
They let it stew and earn money before. And sure since players complained enough that things took too long to re-balance they've been quicker about changing things but they've evidently also shrunk the window of paid exclusivity for the new gear. Which I'll admit that was also way too long for my liking. But they are letting people buy the mech thinking it should work as is and it's goong to work as is during its premier crate rush in its premier season where it has modifiers that make it much stronger than it otherwise would be.
So I think let's not kid ourselves. It may seem plarium actually listened to our feedback regarding the length of the timeline but they also devised a way to push people to buy the new stuff even sooner. And they were clearly deceptive with the "fixing" of voidghost. f2p players like myself obviously benefit regardless. But they're still screwing over the paying customers just as much as they were before.

Been asking for all these for ages. Don't expect plarium to take the advice.
