Somthing weird happened. Have I been hacked

I was playing area control and in the middle of the battle my screen went black and this image of a yellow or gold diamond apeared on my screen for a few seconds and i was back on my tablets Home Screen. I opened the app again and I was back in the game. I quit because I was creeped out and didn’t know if I had been hacked or not. can anyone help me understand what happened? was I hacked?
