Moderator Ban – Support Cases #7639503 and #7651659 – Please Help

I need help with a moderator ban on my Mech Arena account.
Player ID: 14880026
Plarium ID: 84605529
Support cases: #7639503 and #7651659
My account is not lost. It is blocked by a moderator and I cannot enter the game.
Support informed me that my case is being reviewed, but I am still waiting for the final result.
I have always played fairly and have not knowingly violated the game rules. I have not used cheats, hacks, scripts, bots, mods, exploits, modified game files, or other prohibited software.
My account was originally registered in Russia, but I do not currently live in Russia.
Could a Community Manager please help check whether my support case can be escalated or reviewed?
I sincerely ask for a manual review of the moderator block and restoration of access if no valid violation is found.

This is probably not something a mod or community manager can help you with since it is on an game account level, not a forum/dicussion account level. Also, it is a personal issue which would (and should) not be displayed to the public. You have already used the best method to plea your case.

Hi! Unfortunately CMs or Mods can't step in with this issue. Support would be the last resort.

Player Support has been reviewing my case for about a week, but I still have not received a final response.

Could any official Mech Arena representative or Community Manager please help check the status of my cases #7639503 and #7651659?

My Mech Arena account was blocked by a moderator without any clear reason being provided.

I am asking for a manual review of the ban and for my account to be unblocked if no valid violation is found.

My account was originally registered in Russia, but I do not currently live in Russia.

Could you please clarify why my region affects the ability to review or remove the block from my game account?

I only want my account to be fairly reviewed and restored if I did not violate the rules.
