Mech suggestion: A legendary companion to tengu

So I remember watching an interview with Pasha and when he was asked about any more 16 max energy mechs being added to the game. And Pasha he said that the he and the team they want to do it but it would have to have a really unique and powerful ability to balance it out and make it worth using. And I remember that Pasha has also said the team is looking for ways to make mechs able to help their team in unique and interesting ways. At the same time, I've wanted a legendary tengu for some time but something that can fight with it rather than being a direct upgrade.

So I have devised a mech to fit all of these.

Since a Tengu is a trickster, this mech is also based on ideas from tricksters in myth.

It would be a scout mech and the stats would be as follows:

Like I said max energy capacity of 16

It would have hp like the low end of legendary tanks and high end of attacker mechs

It would have base movement speed of 23kmph (like tengu)

Its ability would be called fire strike, based on myths involving tricksters that stole fire from the gods/spirits to benefit humans and the fact that it's like sky strike but it applies the "weaken" or "overheat" status. And weaken + stasis is also a powerful statuscombo.

Like I said, it's similar to sky strike. Upon activation the mech leaps into the air in the direction it was moving before activation. Then it quickly descends and upon touching the ground it emits a heat blast. This heat blast

Has a 15 meter radius

Deals 75000 damage

Shocks enemies hit by it

And applies weaken + damage drain (or up to 3 stacks of damage drain for mechs that already have it applied but not maxed out at 6 stacks)

Also I'm taking inspiration from the commonality of tricksters being shapeshifters for another part of this mech's ability. In addition to leaping into the air and descending and creating a heat blast this mech will also change modes.

In 1 mode the mech will be emitting a field that's 20 meters in radius which prevents all mechs within it from being locked on to by guided weapons.

In mode 2 the mech doesn't emit such a field but instead has 30% increased movement speed.

And the ability also has a 7s cooldown

I've also got implant ideas for the mech:

Mode 1 lock on jamming field radius goes up to +50% for a max radius of 30 meters

Mode 2 movement speed bonus also up to +50% for a max of 45% increased movement speed

I'm not totally sure what to name it but I was thinking of naming it Coyote, a name for an animal which comes from the Nahuatl name for the animal "Coyōtl" which literally means "trickster". In lots of Indigenous American myths Coyotes are tricksters and commonly in California and The Great Basin there are myths involving the theft of fire from spirits who were keeping it to themselves to give to humans. And also because the Nahuatl trickster god called Huēhuecoyōtl typically represented by the coyote, like many tricksters, has the ability to shapeshift.

I also would like Tengu to become epic grade and get +40000 hp and +10000 ability damage to make it more appealing to use with this mech I've suggested.

Tengu was the first mech with an especially powerful ability that had 16 max energy, so I thought what better to take inspiration from?

The idea behind this mech is to be able to be able to dispatch multiple opponents quickly should you be willing to take a risk and run behind enemy lines to get up close and personal

Not stun, shock. It doesn't do a lot except mess up your accuracy a bit which is hardly a problem at close range. I thought it would be neat since voltaic rpgs aren't very widely used but I think the shock effect is cool and a lot less dentrimental than a stasis or EMP. But I can see not wanting it in the game. I actually hate that tailsting's ability won't let me turn my chassis.

No we do not need more obnoxious stun/shock/emp/slow/stasis non-sense

I take it you don't like anything that hinders personal control

I think we do not need a light mech in the legendary category because there aren't very strong light weapons which you can use till the end of the game. Maybe the mech you suggested should be of 24 energy to be competitive in matches.
