REGARDING MECH ARENA FORUM STAFF
I'd like to know more about the Moderators, CMs and othe Plarium staff (if any) in the Mech Arena English Forum page and also review at them in a very honest and constructive way.
I want to know the exact number of staff in this page. I think there is one moderator (night fury) and three Community Managers (CrystalDrew, Velocity, and Floo). If there's only one moderator to respond to countless number of posts and comments, how's that supposed to be nice? I clearly understand the struggles of our only moderator, night fury, because he is only a normal player who has the ability to contact the devs and other invisible Mech Arena Staff to report our issues (I think he forwards our posts to the Dev Team so they can resolve our problems). So, we need at least 4-5 community moderators (including night fury) so that all posts and comments from players receive enough attention and be forwarded to the Dev Team much effectively.
I also want the Community Managers (CrystalDrew, Velocity and Floo) to be more Active towards bigger topics (like matchmaking issues, bot disparities, player suggestions like new mech/weapon ideas, clan rewards, battle replay, etc...) because I find night fury's responses to be empty and hollow when he is made to speak on such topics (because as a player like me, he might not have a clear/vaild explanation to these problems.) As Community Managers (whom, I believe, will have more experience and troubleshooting capabilities than a Community Moderator) should come and actively engage in conversations with players. If you people come, players like us are glad to contact you and tell our problems instead of commenting at relatable posts with offensive language (I see many players do that and I know it wouldn't help them at all).
I AM ALWAYS READY TO ENGAGE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS THE CAPABILITY TO ACUALLY "SOLVE" A PROBLEM than to report my problems to someone who can just "pass things on" and wait for years to see no change and get disappointed (It's just a waste of time to report problems to someone who is just like me, who cannot guarantee a change in the game's experience). Also I want the Forum Staff (especially the Community Managers) to comment in our posts about the progress the Devs had made in solving our problem and an estimated time within which the Devs wuld fix the issue; not just with hollow words like "we're working on it and it takes time." But instead they should say things in a more professional way like "We have completed 60% of the problem analysis and it will take about 3-4 months to resolve your issue completely, thanks for your patience :)"
