
Strike Rockets are insane weapons at middlegame. I think they are designed like this to be comtrolled manually so that all of your shots will not be wasted like Javs or Helix Racks when you lock on to a mech and all your allies kill them before your rockets hit the target.
You should be continuously holding the weapon (though it takes a lot of time to unload all rockets due to its low fire rate) to use all rockets. I think the Strike Rockets should be tweaked up in such a way that it could be fired much faster (at the speed of a Missile Rack) so that it would kill mechs faster and someone would not steal a kill.
i recently made a trial of savant, strike rocket and gemini.. gemini had the least kills, strike rocket the most, i liked both savant and strike rockets, bought strike rockets. Im happy with fire rate, its an insane weapon with great kills and instant lock, but that lock sometimes is a problem too, if i want to fire to the left of the target i accidentally lock on other targets :)
