Devs updated matchmaking again…

I can always tell when the devs update matchmaking in Control Point Clash because I'll go from winning let's say 5-6 out of 10 games to 1 out of 10 games. When I start looking at the people I am being matched with, their inventory power is 3-5 times of what mine is. I got matched against this user with an inventory power of 147,494 compared to my 24,000 inventory power. How is that fair at all?

High Inventory Power does not necessarily mean a player is more stronger than you. It just means that they have unlocked a lot of things (maybe of lower tier ones, or maxed out somethng). Many new players have better gear in low IP and some old players have too much IP but still do not have good loadouts. Matchmaking algorithm only looks at the squad power (SP) of players. Though matchmaking is unfair in most cases, higher IP does not translate to more strength

And you have fought against a veteran player (look at his player ID). Generally older players have smaller numbers as their player ID. TBH, It's really unfair to match a veteran against you.
