it does feel like there is no light in the end of the tunnel.. and by the way there is no tunnel :)

 they created a nice tournament but managed to screw it up too within just a month time :) there are super strong players in wrong brackets (because players fall down 3 levels if they dont play enough games), but lets say its not a big deal if teams can be matched with strong player on each team, but unfortunately in reality it happens that you get 2 of these strong players on enemy team and they also get a bot that does similar amount of kills as them, while other team gets average players and average bots. 

the bots with all 4 full mods is also a norm now in any match. 

why its so difficult to make a separate test mode (like hangar showdown) which would be tweaked every week or month to adjust balance in matchmaking, also optionally have a polling system after each game where people could comment matchmaking and their experience, then all the data could go to csv with all bots weapons mechs, comment, teammatea and be analized by AI (AI is great at that sort of things, costs nothing and will do a very good job to summarise the weak spots). 

But thats all not going to happen, because there are not enough people on plarium side to give a sh about it. 

You are right, the imbalance of the matches are maddening.  I have been in matches where I am next to my partner, which happens to be a bot and I get ganged up on while leaving the bot alone. Also while I am getting shot I watched that same bot just walk away. Oh and of course I lost that match.

Speaking of matches, control clash is now almost next to impossible to win now. I can manage about one win for every 8 matches I play. As soon as the teams are shown I pretty much know then if I am going to l

What an amazing matchmaking :) It's cool when you dont need any brain at all and can put everything at random including bots, but if there was a slightest wish to make things right you would just spend an extra 10 minutes writing a script that will put players in correct teams to make it a challenge for both, not a domination and humiliation.

Tiny bit of research what bot mechs are OP and which sux could also level things up a bit. But nobody in developers team has any brains, oh sorry, I meant to say you dont give a sh about what you do. How can a project be successful in this situation I don't know.. Must be another team that is actually doing a good job somewhere. Because clearly anything to do with matchmaking is a sh hole.

No matter if you take SP power or seasonal leagues of the players involved you would still find the same result, one team was given a nuclear bomb and another one had to fight with axes, then top it up with a crap bot and OP bot.

So he played 7/160 battles in the tournament that lasts nearly a month, and is going to end in 2-3 days. He will fall down by 3 and in next tournament he will be in Professional 1, and you will get hell more of complaints about crap matchmaking and people meeting 17k hangars with their 3k(s). 

Is developers job a charity and they are doing it for free? That would explain things.. Otherwise maybe I could have their job?

If you don't remove -3 fall things will get so crappy and crappy and crappy that nobody will play tournaments apart from grandmaster and masters. And in Novice division will have a bunch of 17k hangars. WHoohoo cool!!! Lets wait and see!!! Im excited!!! They will also be teamed up with each other against newbies with 1 k hangars! AMAZING JOB!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!

You are correct. They rig the game in a few ways. I've brought mech down to a sliver of life and then stop doing damage. It is odd when the weapon tears them down to nothing and then all of a sudden they won't die. Being one shot by weapons that should be able to do that... Having weapons tear me apart even though between my mod, pilots and mech hp's... I should survive after seeing what they are using from the kill cam. I gets bad when you can predict the rounds by your 1st encounter. 

It feels like match making is getting worse and worse recently but they don't seem to want to do anything about it as long as people keep spending money on the game. 

I cant even work this one out, my mech hanger is about 8k total with my set up at about 3.5k and somehow I got matched against this guy

They can try and say that it's an "isolated incident" but worth the amount of people who have problems with it they can't. You will just get the generic response of "we will pass your feed back onto the devs".

I have also noticed that mods, admin and such will respond to almost all discussion unless it has anything to do with matchmaking and then they won't say a word, its almost like they know there is a problem with it as well and can't even defend it.

Moderators could delete all comments in the world but that is just because it's the only thing you are capable of, clearly improving the game and matchmaking is not something you are physically educated to do.

You are correct. They have no intentions of fixing this game. There excuse of it takes time to fix is unacceptable at this point. People have given more than enough possible solutions to help and they haven chosen to do nothing. I get it takes time, but for years to have gone by and there has been no attempt to fix the game means they don't care. I think they trick enough people into paying to upgrade their hanges thinking that will make them competitive to only realize late things don't change, that there is no intentions to change the game

It also seems that there is less pushback from the moderators in trying to defend the game. Before you would see them posting trying to offer explanations. Now not so much. 

They lack the vision not the means to fix this cluster **** mm system . Its called self trolling n sabotaging your own game ....

A lack of vision or just to incompetent and stupid? Either way they just don't care we are unhappy and they have no desire to change.  Really the only option is to just quit playing 

Plarium does not care they have known that the old system and game is trash and 90% favours whales and as long as they are happy then plarium is happy, it is impossible to win now in deathmatch and control point clash. It is so bad that 80% of the time they reach 100 in a matter of mins, they have said for 5 ot more years that matchmaking system all is broken and they will never change it even though they say we know the problem we are working on it they have said that for 5 or more years and still nothing

I agree with all of your statements, matchmaking predetermines winning of any player. Someimes when I'm paired with such player, I win and if they had to face against me, I lose. There are several flaws which need immediate fixing
