Plarium, please stop hiring...

Highschool drop outs, or whatever kind of school they drop out of. I am going on facts from seeing everything here. I sent a support ticket about my 12k IP 4600 SP account going against 52k IP 13k SP and how unfair that was and asked then to not respond with the usual,"Sometimes it can feel like you are matched against stronger opponents", and guess how they responded? So it must be drop outs if they can't even read the info we are sending them. They have the right to ignore us and tell us the same thing over and over, but I get I'll get banned or they will do something to this post.

And once again they responded with the old. "The developers are aware that matchmaking can be challenging at times. They are continually seeking ways to improve and fine-tune the system to
deliver more balanced Battles. " But I have been playing this game for about 1 year and 3 months now, and matchmaking has not changed even a little bit. So to tell these many lies again show it all.

I don't want to be combative against them all here, but they NEVER LISTEN TO US. I would much rather use this time to play an actual fair version of this game. But you don't leave us much options now, do you???

I got to have fun with this game for like 2months after I complained the matchmaking doesn't let me enjoy the game for any extended period of time. During that time I even noted how things had improved for at least myself. Then it went back to the same old crap about 2 months ago now. I contacted support about all the BS ways you're forced to lose in this and got another month but still back to the same old bs.

When I'm enjoying the game it feels like they take that as a signal they can make things frustrating again. Like maybe that will make me spend money or something. I just wanna keep enjoying the game.

As players are located in different regions and time zones, it isn’t always possible to find a perfect match, which is why you may sometimes be paired with bots that are not always ideally balanced. The team is actively working on making these bots feel more natural and closer to real players.

As for the responses from our support team, I can assure you that everyone here is properly educated, including higher education. I’m sorry if the reply you received didn’t fully meet your expectations.

Why do you guys say the same thing years after years ???

There is no future to this game LOL, I get you are trying to be supportive and nice to us all the players, but your answers and replies are just the same old BS and lame excuses after so many years of development ?!  

Do you guys even do any internal review meetings at work?  Look at all the complaints from your players and do some self reflections ???  Because it feels like this is a complete failure one after another ......

That is because you are making matchmaking complex when it doesn't have to be. It's like a pie. If you buy a premade pie at the store, it probably has 20+ ingredients in it, where the home made version has 4 ingredients in it and is 100 times better then the store bought version.

Why don't you extend the matchmaking timers?

Also nah you haven't done crap to improve the support services. People have been making the same complaints for years. No improvements. Always predictable, copy/pasted responses even when you tell them you don't want to hear it. Sometimes close your tickets without answering them at all. Now they're going silent when you complain their responses aren't satisfactory and not giving another until you call them out, after which they repeat their response from before. It's usually different people. But I've been dealing with a "Dmytro" lately. I've been trying to talk about matchmaking for days now. But Dmytro keeps sending me the same exact response.

If anything the support service has gotten worse. Much like plarium's transparency which you keep saying is important while simultaneously not answering certain important questions. And today you still didn't answer but I can see you're answering feedback about tournaments. I still need to know though if the reason some things take longer after release to gear hub so plarium can prey off FOMO.

Properly educated? 

Dev 1: So how do we set up matchmaking?

Dev 2: Hmm, we need to keep it close and competitive.

Dev 1: Yes, we don't want to go too crazy so the players don't know we don't know what we are doing.

Dev 2: Exactly.

Dev 1: So, we need some examples of matchmaking.

Dev 2: I know. If a player that has a squad power of 4600 go against someone else that has a squad power range of, hmm, lets say, 6000 to 13000. All three of those numbers are almost the same, right.

Dev 1: That's brilliant. I can't even tell the difference between those numbers.

Dev 2: I guess we have our plan now.

If it didn't go that way, how can there be that big of a difference? On my second account, my SP is in the 4600 range and I opened a ticket because I did go against someone that was in the 13000k range. So I am not making up numbers here. There is no way in a fair game that someone has to go against another player where their power level is 290% higher then their own. Try and tell me how that is fair?
