I was wondering if this ban was legit? I haven't done a single thing to violate the terms and conditions of this game.
It didn't even give me a reason or the person responsible for the ban. Thanks platium

They banned you to save you from playing the game
I just had this same issue this morning, with the same notice. I contacted support and the response I got was that my account was banned for using cheats and that it would be lifted after 24 hours which is so dumb seeing as I never have cheated in the game. They won't respond back with any evidence and I've tried to ask for the ban to be lifted sooner but still no response. Evidently this is how they treat loyal customers that play the game as intended.
