Slow replies from support and forum community managers recently makes me very worried
It takes support and cms on here weeks to reply. I know you say you're always listening to feedback but when you're not engaging with it that makes it hard to feel like you are. I don't know if I asked some questions that were too hard for you to answer honestly or what. I don't know if it's me calling plarium out for items giving literally half the stated value? Support has even started closing very important tickets about matchmaking and bots without giving answers. You said you'd be more transparent and I'm not seeing it. In fact from my perspective the opposite has happened. And I don't get it because you've done so well on so many fronts. Does that stop when players realize how this game can hurt them?
