Double Charge and Missing Items Issue

A few days ago, I purchased a special offer item for 8,800 KRW through my iPhone. The item was delivered to my account immediately. However, when I checked my Apple account, I noticed that the payment had been charged twice.

One payment was approved immediately, and the other one was still pending. So I contacted the Mech Arena customer support and asked them to cancel one of the charges because it seemed like a duplicate payment. They told me that refund issues must be handled through Apple, so I decided to wait because I thought the pending charge might be automatically canceled.

However, the next day the pending charge was also approved, which means I was charged twice in total.

So I requested a refund for one of the charges through Apple, and the refund was processed the next day. The problem is that the item was also removed from my account after the refund.

I contacted Mech Arena support again, and they said that only one payment reached their server, even though I attempted the purchase twice. They also said that since one payment was refunded, they removed the item from my account. They told me to check the other charge with Apple because they cannot access Apple’s payment system.

Because of this, I had no choice but to request a refund for the other charge as well, but Apple rejected the refund request.

What I don’t understand is this:
• I was clearly charged twice, but Mech Arena says only one payment reached their server.
• Both Apple and Mech Arena support are telling me to contact the other side, and no one is actually solving the problem.

To make things even worse, today I purchased a Gold Pass. The payment was successfully processed, but the Gold Pass was not activated in my account. Fortunately, this time there was no double charge.

I contacted Mech Arena support again, but they said that no payment information was received on their side. So I requested a refund from Apple again for “item not received”, and I am still waiting for the result.

My question is:

If this refund is also rejected, what should I do?

Also, is Mech Arena checking whether there is a problem with their payment server? Because this is now the second time that a payment was processed but the item was not delivered properly.

I would really appreciate a clear explanation and a proper solution.
