I used to think support here wasn't too bad, until...

I just had a ticket through support. They still dodge the question of why do we have to fight against squads that are double our power. Afterwards they sent a message to rate the support. I didn't get it to right then and there, but when I tried to today, it shows they closed the ticket already. All we need is some transparency about what is being done. But the sad part is it's either the customer support team doesn't trust the developers, or the developers don't trust the support team. It really shows every where in the game.

It didn't take longer to resolve and it wasn't unclear. I snet a message, they replied that it was being worked on. Then I got the rate my service email. It took me a bit, and when I went to rate it, the ticket was closed so I couldn't rate it. It's that simple.

Thats what they always say, its being worked on but really they do not and its a choice they choose to lie

WHAT YOU ASKED. The problem has always existed with the difference in power, AND IT IS PROGRAMMED BY THE DEVELOPERS THEMSELVES, they can't tell you that you have to be cannon fodder if you don't pay, AND YOU ARE CANTON FOOD FOR THOSE WHO PAY, Mech Arena works like this and that's why it will remain a mediocre and poorly managed game. GREED..... BEFORE the players, ... even if they answer you WE ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, ... THE DIFFERENCE IN TIME ZONES, THE COMPLEXITY OF THE GAME WILL MAKE SURE THAT SOMETIMES (YES 80%)... YOU WILL FIND STRONGER PLAYERS AND BOTS, BUT DON'T WORRY AND IT'S NORMAL because the game works exactly like this, don't hope for changes... they've been giving the same answers for 3 years. Programmed by script, when they make the updates they already know. They'll be inundated with questions... and they'll give answers first, then updates. It's a game rigged and programmed from the tips of your hair to the bottom of your toes.
