Gear hub progression menu??

Hello guys, im new in game and already getting desperate how bad UI HUD is! I wanna reach tier four, for this I have to do 24 things. I have done 19/24. I would like to finish those 5, but I don't know what kind of task I have to achieve! I simply cant find anywhere some progress table to be able to see which ones I am missing! Can someone of you help me here please?

It means that you have to gain 5 more stars for tier III items- either by getting more tier 3 mechs or weapons or by ranking up what you have :)
