Solis serious problem still persist

I would like to ask what your plans are for this Mech. It has been a few years since it was introduced into the game, and we are still waiting for a fix for such a serious bug as the one Solis suffers from. I liked the idea of blinding my opponents, which is why I bought it at the time. However, it seems that Solis is unable to blind BOTs, and given its weak construction, it is immediately destroyed after using this ability and exposing itself to open fire. It is common knowledge that this skill does not work, and no one is doing anything about it. If I had known this at the time, I would never have bought a defective product. After two or three years, I have a broken robot in my hangar and no compensation or return for the defective product. So what can I do about it?

Hi! We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation. The Solis issue is on our radar, and the team is actively working toward a fix. While we don’t have an exact timeline yet, it's likely that soon I will be able to share some good news with you 😉

Thank you for your patience!

Robocop, that is simply untrue. I have played Solis countless times and blinded so many bots. The trick is to blind them before they shoot. Once they start shooting, they won't stop...so you'll just have to dodge their fire.

If you'd like, I can train you on how to effectively use Solis and overtake bots.

What you're saying is true, but that doesn't mean it's not buggy. Try to remember when Solis hit you and whether you were able to aim and hit anything while blinded. As soon as you blind them while sticking your head out, not only do guided weapons hit you, but also weapons that aren't guided. It's a bug. When you're blinded, your aiming should also be disabled. Aiming doesn't work by locking onto you and then it doesn't matter anymore. The rules apply to both bots and players when you play the same mech.
