Hello! Thanks for your feedback - we understand that Matchmaking and ranking can be frustrating. Some of the issues happen because players can mix weak and strong Mechs and Weapons, which makes it harder for the system to match opponents fairly. Manipulating Squad Power can also make this worse.

Our team is aware of these problems and is working on improvements. In the meantime, trying to balance your Squad - using Mechs and Weapons of the same Grade and Rank - can help make Matchmaking fairer.

We also hear your concerns about ranking. MVPs can still appear on losing teams, but winning gives more rewards. Your idea about skill-based ranking is noted and will be considered in future updates. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

This was my opponent in the game along with 2 others.. as you can see 8k of power in play. I only had 1.5k. AS YOU SEE DEAR c.d. TURN the hangar as you say is absolutely useless when the game is broken, no point in continuing to talk, we are working, we are fixing, you are doing nothing, as always, in 4 years always the same same and pathetic problems. ...AHHH yes I understand since many players leave even a simple match, sometimes you can't find players. yes because there are more who run away...

Today the same story, only the developer has outdone himself 1000% in unfairness. Always my hangar today of 2060... while in this match the opponent had 17k power in play... tell me how you can work out these pairings, but as said, I understand, the players run away more and more and earlier, they abandon, and fewer and fewer players are left to pair correctly, the usual problem of this game, unfair and manipulated. I have no words for the unfairness of this TEAM.

I like this game mech arena; & I totally agree w/ LXI blakrein & Manuel Brand completely. There should not be teams filled w/ players who are totally OP; I have been in many games recently that all the other teams mechs are double to triple the power of my team of mechs; I can see the Tournaments to be harder... I am in League 4 which was not from my merit, but bc I was on great & amazing teams. Also there is a bad cheating problem... they're taking the fun out of the game. I should be in Control Points & normal 5 vs 5 against other League 2's to 6's; but I have seen a player on the other side that was so powerful I just gave up on the game & allowed them to blowup my mech w/o a fight or not even spawn in again. Hopefully the DEV's can tweak the algorithm to make it somewhat fair for all the players. Almost ready to come on w/ a team of my weakest mechs w/ some of my weak weapons to just have fun, maybe I may be able to develop better stealth skills. Challenge myself to stay alive until the end, but I truly wish to play & have challenging fun, not an impossible match w/ every mech killing my 112K & 100K mechs in one-shot & I am not joking about that, I think they're the cheaters for I know no weapon that can do that much damage in one shot. Green bar full, then BOOM I am instantly killed; I have spawned several time & I blowup right as I spawned. Again the teams need to be challenging, but fair; no one should be OP in any match. I have faith in the DEV's to correct the algorithm through tweaking it so everyone can have a fun enjoyable time. 

THE PROBLEM WAS CREATED BY PLARIUM ITSELF OR BETTER TO SAY THE DEVELOPER'S INABILITY, many now make many accounts and go into the game with 1 single mech or weak mechs and a powerful one, for example? I always have hangar 2060, the first three games today completely lost, players much stronger, for example last game, a super player with weak mechs and 1 powerful mech SURGE and REVOCKER... with a hangar in game of 6.6k

how do you think you can compete, the game is a total garbage that not even in 10 million years will they ever be able to improve because not even they would know how to do it, they did the damage at the beginning, and they no longer know how to get out of it, the fact is that the incompetence of this TEAM, the negative is paid by the user with money spent uselessly to compete against a damaged system corrupted and manipulated by the AI. Yes, the fun is less and less, it has been in decline for a long time. As I always say, they are lucky, because they manage to manipulate the newcomers, who after a while will find themselves reluctantly returning with a low hangar to have a minimum of fun... this game is corrupt, it's not a fun game and just a huge waste of precious life time...how do you think you always take without giving....?????
