Hello! Thanks for your reports. We can ban players only if any cheating apps or similar abuse are detected, so it's likely the team couldn't identify anything unfair.

Tell us please, how exactly does the report system work besides just reporting and banning.

From talking to support, the only thing they consider cheating is using a third party program. If it's something that can be done with their current build, they don't consider it cheating. Even if someone is abusing a glitch in the game, they say it isn't a bannable cheat. But, at the same time, they do nothing to fix said glitch. The only glitch I know of, because support actually told me about it, is where you can bypass the revive timer if you do something really quickly. I never tried doing it myself since I am not a cheat. Another reason that skill isn't really involved in this game. I have reported hundreds of players, maybe thousands for cheating, and I got a message back about one of them that was banned for cheating. I will continue to report every cheater I see.

You are right about the 3rd-party apps, but not right about "they do nothing to fix said glitch". The work is in constant progress 🪛
