External user message in Clan Chat

I don't understand how a user who doesn't belong to the Clan could have sent me a message through the Chat Clan.

As you can see in the image, the user DmonSalvtore sent me a message through the clan chat, even though he's not a clan member. How is that possible?

Hello! Your clan is open, so any user can join it. It's likely that DmonSalvtore joined the clan, wrote these messages, and then left.
