Eclipse Phase Cloak ability speed boost? How much is it?

Can anyone tell me what is the quantifiable speed boost from Eclipse's ability? I've been looking for actual numbers and can't find anything on this. Is it 1% faster or 1kmh faster? Almost everything in the game is quantifiable ( not always correct but there are numbers to use). I have the phase cloak move speed implant that increases the speed % of the ability. But what is the speed increase of the ability?

Please help!

Hello! The Ability increases Eclipse's speed by 20% meaning 100%>120%.

I\u0027ve been looking for actual numbers and can\u0027t find anything on this. Is it 1% faster or 1kmh faster? Almost everything in the game is quantifiable ( not always correct but there are numbers to use). I have the phase cloak move speed implant that increases the speed % of the ability.
