Hello! Unfortunately, the described issues are occurring due to the flexibility of our balance and the actions of Matchmaking abusers. See, Mech Arena allows a player to combine the weakest and the most powerful Content together (e.g., a Common Mech may be equipped with a Legendary Weapon, etc), which makes it harder for the system to pair them with appropriate opponents. To make matters worse, manipulating Squad Power may make this mechanic perform even worse.

Meanwhile, it's recommended to make your Squad as balanced as possible - try to pick the Content with more or less even Grades and Ranks. It might help!
