I don't comment as much as I used to. I know I have been combative with my posts, I have been trying to tone it down. I do say all the time that I enjoy this game and how much much more successful it would be if some things were fixed. But since day one that I posted, I have been talked down to and been told my opinion of what is wrong with the game is wrong by CrystalDrew. How can you not want to fight back with the type of customer support we get here. I have always shown facts to back up what I say, but no one with the game will listen. I have worked in customer support for years dealing with people face to face. If I had done less then half of what is done here, I would have been canned instantly. 

For instance, On this forum, in email support, and even through the reviews on Googple Play, I have been trying to talk about a major issue. Crystaldrew ignores it, email support won't answer it because they say all they can do is give the developers the feedback unless they have given the same feedback before, and through Googple play they just direct to the discord forums for tips. I just want to know why my 5410 hanger quite often gets matched up with 9k to 11k hangers? And they funny thing is that if I had hangers like them, I would have to go against 15k and up hangers. Is my account flagged as a mainly free account(I paid $2 once for some a-coins to finish some events to max the a-coins I got) so the paying players can get better chances or what? I 100% get that they need to turn a profit and make money, otherwise they couldn't have this game out. But don't say that the free players have the same chance to win against the paying players. 

And time and again I get shot down about the players that have mods at 3 stars on their mechs, and any mechs that they get for the rest of their lives. I have shown concrete evidence that there are tons of players that have it. All I get back is "Our stats show that less and less players have that". I mean I have shown evidence time and time again, yet they are always 100% right and I am 100% wrong.

Hello! I'm really sorry that you feel that way because of my words, but I'm 100% sure that it's impossible for me to say that someone's opinion is wrong. Surely, I could deny fake information, misleading statements, and badmouthing, as all of these points are literally not true, but neither my colleagues nor I can deny your opinion.

Your opinion is your opinion; we can do nothing with it. Is it good? Okay, we are happy. Is it bad? Well, okay, now we know what we should work on.

I'm doing my best to answer all the questions you leave here, but sometimes it's physically impossible due to the number of them. To put it bluntly, the Forum is not the most popular and active platform out here (so that's why I usually recommend players to join our official Discord server).

"I just want to know why my 5410 hanger quite often gets matched up with 9k to 11k hangers." - Because the game balance is highly flexible (you literally can equip a Common Mech with the endgame Legendary Weapons, and so on), it’s not possible to create a perfect Matchmaking system for our classic Modes. Still, our team is working diligently to minimize mismatches and prevent abuse. More updates are expected this year.

Although there is no immediate solution for this issue from our side, our team keeps it in mind and will inform you if/when any rework is coming.

As far as the mods comment, I thank you. This is the first time I have read anyone with the game saying that it does need a solution, even if you don't have one yet.

With the matchmaking, it just seems odd that players are allowed to fight against others with half their power. The players I have fought with that high of a sp power don't have common or other low rarity mechs with the highest power weapons. Now if all the power numbers represented the true power of a mech and weapons, common mechs with legendary weapons shouldn't matter. If SP pwer is a true representative of the power of the entire squad, the ideal sp difference should be around 20%, and maybe up to a 30% difference at the very most to have it balanced.

I will also add that I don't want it the other way either and I'm surprised others are ok with it. I don't want to fight someone that I way overpower either. I'm not looking for a sure winner, I do want some competion against others that are close to the power and skill of myself.

And I will add in case I don't say it enough, I do really enjoy this game when it has fair matches. In about 2 weeks, I will have been playing this game for 1 year. With the problems, I think I have done pretty well. My record at this moment is 9,903/15,894 with 134,991 kills. So a 62% win ratio and about 8.5 kills per match over a year isn't bad for a free player here.

As for the Matchmaking, the work is in progress 🪛 For now, what I can recommend is to have the Hangar as balanced as possible in terms of the Mechs/Weapons Grades and their Ranks.
